Need help for program

Hello guys,

I'm still trying to heal my TMS. I struggle with being consistant and negative thoughts.
I have the curable app, but i don't benefit from the long sessions of somatic tracking for example. (you have to pay more for longer sessions)
I want to try a new program like gupta, or the program of Daniel Van Loosbroek but i don't know if it's worth to pay for something else.
Do you know free long videos for meditation and above all somatic tracking?
I like doing it with someone who is helping me in the back.

Thank you.
(sorry for the english mistakes, it's not my first language.)

Welcome to the Forum!

Before I discovered TMS, I used the Gupta program for my fibromyalgia. It didn't work, but following the techniques for treating TMS did and I have been recovered now for over 10 years.

I did like some of Gupta's meditations, but his program is expensive. I found one that is similar, uses somatic tracking and is free:

It is in English, though, but I hope you will find it helpful anyway.

YouTube has many long meditations of all kinds, so does Insite Timer which is a free meditation app

The programs at TMS Wiki are free, and you do some work every day to keep you consistent. That part is up to you, consistency is key to heal.
