hi, are there some pointers somewhere on how to use this site, i.e. how to post something (which I think I am now doing), find out where my posts are, how to check where replies are, etc. , search for a person or topics. thank you in advance for any help !

Hi Archie,
This thread has some information. I suggest you dig in and give things a try. No exact right way or wrong way to do this. I suggest you start your own threads (posts) with symptoms, progress, or questions, so that the title helps others find your thinking, rather than just adding to the conversation on someone else's post with your own issues. It is also helpful to "tag" your or other posts to make them more searchable. Feel free to ask questions and ask for support.
