Day 10.

Haw is my treatment going so far.

After a few days off the program I am now
Back into it.

My pain tingle in my legs is a lot better
Does come and go at times, but I find
Ignoring helps a lot.

I am exercising every morning this has also
Helped a lot with my pain. I tell myself
In the gym I am strong and fit and I can do any exercise I like :))

I am also journaling and meditating.

I find meditation has helped settle and
Ease my stress levels.

I have successfully been though the tms
Journey before, so I don’t doubt my
Tms diagnosis I am sure I know
I have tms.

There is one thing I realised I need to face since My flare up few years ago I have never run, I have had a fear.

So this is the last thing I need to do run.

I indent to start running next week and prove to myself and my brain, I am
Fine and healthy and I can run if I want to.

I do feel it’s important I write my full recovery story as I haven’t done it, and I intend to write it when I reach the last day of this program. As I hope it will help somebody else.

As far as my symptoms my back hip pain, plus my leg tingling and dumbness, is
About 90% better.

Much better than it was.

Great update. Keep up the good work. I hear you on the fears. I have had foot pain and spent part of this weekend just standing on hardwood floors! What meditation works for you? I have had trouble finding a good one. Congrats on all your progress!

Hi Lee,

Great report on your work!!

I want to encourage you to relax about the timing of your full recovery story. I am sure in whatever form, and whenever you post it, it will be extremely helpful. I suggest you don't have to wait until you "have more recovery" I guess is my feeling. I want you to see that you're already recovered! 90% is huge!! Congratulations.

Great to have the aim to take up running again. I think you'll be fine!

Andy
