On August 8th, 2016, I woke up with sinus and head pain. Thinking it was a sinus infection, I called the doctor who then prescribed antibiotics. The pain did not go away. We tried a couple more rounds of stronger and stronger antibiotics, still no change. Almost 15 years later, I still have the same pain, 24/7. I can’t even describe or recall all of the various doctors, specialists, treatments, testing and medications I have tried over the years! Up until just recently, after rediscovering Dr Sarno’s work, I had resigned myself to living with this constant pain. After all, I have become quite good at managing my life this way! I now have a renewed hope for healing. I fit the TMS personality description perfectly.
