My pain just switched sides… and that’s the best news ever!

I just wanted to share that I’m really happy today! I’ve been having a lot of pain on the right side of my lower back all day, when like 95% of the time it’s usually more on the left. The left side still hurts, but the fact that it shifted so clearly to the right today is solid proof that this is TMS and totally psychosomatic. If it were something structural, it would always hurt in the same exact spot. I already knew this wasn’t structural, but today I confirmed it And if it’s neuroplastic pain, that means it’s reversible So yeah, here I am, in a lot of pain, but actually happy about it :)

Yes! I have been in that exact spot. I know that feeling, like the gig is up b/c I know, for sure, what's going on. Even though I really did know already....
It's such a great moment!!

I'm currently resolving some plantar fasciitis nonsense myself, and my TMS brain is trying to distract me with shoulder/arm pain from an intense strength work session almost a week ago. Nice try TMS brain, I've got you now.
