Toxic people from your hometown that you HAD TO TAKE CARE OF and some mean people commented on your looks (who would be so rude?!) I’d get out some paper and write a lot about this! I bet your spasm will go away. Especially if you catch it now before it settles in and turns into a long term symptom. You talk a lot about being a saint. This is perfectionism and goodism. It’s a killer. You don’t have to always be good and always help. Maybe you’re mad about that, too.

 

@Diana-M Thank you for the kind words. Already on it. Pre Dr. Sarno these spasms would have lasted a longer time. I am no longer scared of these. Doing much better already.
