My days has become long and tiring

    I have been at TMS for 2 weeks now and i know, not long enough but I am just curious about my emotional state

    I have had some early success with ,y arm pain but now its heavy in my neck and back... I am finding that journal writing is good but I am over thinking it. I also feel my emotions form the paper is coming to real life as I have been tired and down the last couple days

    Does anybody have thoughts, success, tips?

    Just keep at it. Your brain is moving your symptoms around and that's a sign that it's TMS. It is good to journal and try to uncover some deeper emotional feelings at first. But, in my opinion, once you are aware that that is the reason you have TMS then move on and don't fall into the TMS trap of overthinking and analyzing. It's hard though. It's a whole new life path and everyone is different.
