My body the joker

After a relatively difficult day symptomatically, I was able to calmly just observe my symptoms to a point where they actually lessened and I began to feel pretty good both physically and mentally.

THATS WHEN MY BACK PAIN KICKED IN FOR THE FLRST TIME IN MONTHS.

I guess I normally have a very low level level of back pain, but nothing like this. I haven't experienced this in a long time. I can barely even turn my head upwards beyond looking straight.

It's funny, one of the ways I would sort of "reality check" my current set of TMS symptoms was by saying "remember how bad your back used to hurt? You can barely even feel that now". Kind of ironic that it strikes me later in the day. It's like my mind is listening to me or something... Haha!

Any stories for similar things during your recovery?
