Hi, is there anyone out there who has concrete results of overcoming MCS and ES with Dr. Sarno's methods? I feel like it is totally TMS but haven't seen much information here on it. I have a friend who is very ill for a long time from these conditions and he has all the signs of TMS condition. Please let me know if you've got direct experience overcoming these conditions. Thanks!!

Just do a web search with each of the topics you mentioned, along with the word "Sarno", and you should get quite a few results.

It is totally TMS. There's a dr on YT (The Gupta program) who addresses this topic.
