    Mike, can you stand, bend yr knees? Is your condition like this all the time or are u experiencing a flare up at the moment.

    In the book I mentioned there is an appendix at the back which gives you all the asanas according to the parts of the body u want to focus on or specific diseases.

    Having said that most poses require the use of the lower as well as upper limbs whether standing , sitting or lying down.

    Walt's suggestion is a good one about googling yoga in bed.

    And remember mindfulness & breathing are important components of Yoga so u can maybe focus on those aspects.
