    I think what’s most helpful to me has been the specific writing prompts for journaling. I had previously had a difficult time knowing what or how to write. These prompts have helped me have more appetite for free writing and excusing that “nay-sayer” voice that has blocked me from getting in touch. Also, the responses to my posts have felt so uplifting and I feel seen. It has been very meaningful and soul-warming to know there’s a community in this.
