The most helpful part of the program for myself I think is the articles that we're given to read each day. Coincidental, or not, they seem to be put there for me on that day. That helps, not only with what has been bugging me that day but also spills through to my journalling.
Still haven't pinpointed trigger in the morning, but with my affirmations, I have learned to become more patient and that has seemed to have made a difference. I don't fuss over it so much, either, I'm much more relaxed. Have had good improvements in the last three mornings, so I'm feeling good!
    Have a fantastic day x

Hi, scrat. I'm glad that you are feeling better. I start each morning with an affirmation: "Today is going to be a great day. One of the best!" We who read and reply to the posts are sharing some wonderful articles. I'm glad they're helping you.

Being patient with your TMS healing progress, and with yourself.
