Hi Everyone!
At this point in my journey, I feel that affirmations have been the most beneficial way to manage my TMS. I have been so focused on my thoughts and feelings that I got into a little rut. I was feeling down in the dumps and I was paying too much attention to how much I judge myself, my low self-esteem, and the guilt I feel from past experiences. I really needed a way to change my thinking.
I was exploring this wiki and saw a post where someone mentioned their affirmations. I typed "affirmations" in the search bar and found an incredible page of positive things I can say to myself to change my thinking! I am breaking the cycle and it feels fantastic! If you haven't done this yet, please check it out. It is extremely helpful.
