1. Back to journaling.
- New technique with dialogue. I also like the fact to put my age in front of past traumatic events. It forced me to investigate in my past which is very vague for me...

2.Discovery of new persons of authority in TMS field : Dr like Weekes, Schubiner, Monte.

3. Reading official articles in popular newspaper (a bit old) + video of conferences an interviewes that comfort me about the reality of the TMS theory !

4. This forum : reading, posting, the support of others, especially @JanAtheCPA
