    Hi Everyone,

    I just posted this story up on my website:


    In this research out of UC Davis, it was found that the practice of mindfulness meditation consistently led to lowered release of cortisol (the stress hormone) in our bodies.

    Just more data to support the healing benefits of present moment awareness and mindfulness meditation. I hope you find the information helpful.
