    I usually really like meditation , today I found it tough. My back pain is pretty bad .. it was hard to get comfortable , the ache was very overpowering, I was able to relax some but it was not as successful as it has been in the best. How do I not focus on the symptom.. especially when scanning my body. It just kept getting worse.

    I'm with you CRICH, I have a hard time with meditation on my bad days, for sure. One thing that helps me, although it sounds so simple , is if I smile and close my eyes and think of the sun and birds and flowers. I also do that same and find Forest sound meditations. No idea if it will help you, but it does for me.

    I find it difficult too. I think perseverance and acceptance may be good as to just accept where you are in this moment
