Day 6 Meditation

    I enjoyed the Day 6 meditation, and was surprised just how much tension there was in my body to release. I'm comfortable meditating and have used guided meditations, spiritual meditations, breathing meditations and just still, silent time meditating on my own. For awhile, recently, I had been focused on a spiritual study, and had gotten away from meditation. I'm glad to be reminded of it again.
