Day 6 Meditation

    I think I managed to get it right but did it faster than suggested. That said I have done this exercise before with Curable and recognize how to do it. I would like to start doing mediation for relaxation daily since I have been stressed a lot lately. It made me feel much more relaxed, and as someone not very in tune with my body it is nice to actually feel it.

    Wonderful! There is so much in what you've said. Maybe this practice can be like giving yourself a form of good nutrition every day.
