Day 6 Meditation

    It went ok I suppose. My body was a little tense and it was slightly difficult to loosen up but besides that it went ok.
    Briefly take a few minutes and write down some of your fears. Why are you afraid of these things? I prefer not to go deep into this question not because I have any issue talking about it I just feel like I've gone over my fears enough and I'm sure at more points in the SEP program I'll go over them more. Plus I'm not completely sure why I'm afraid of some of them.

    Hi, Jwiles. It can become stressful in journaling to write down your fears, and it looks like you've done enough of that. At least for a while. Do the other things each day in the SEProgram and spend more time relaxing and being positive, enjoying each day as much as you can.
