Day 6 Mediation Exercise

    Just did the meditation exercise and definitely felt that it helped me relax muscles I thought I was already relaxing - even though they were actually tense. I think in the future I am going to try to do a guided meditation because I found that I thought I was "done" and it had only lasted 4 minutes.

    I could really feel my body relax though - so I look forward to continuing this exercise in the future. If anyone has any good recommendations, anything on spotify or online, would love to hear it!
