    Hello Islander, and Welcome!

I don't have any direct experience with this but I recall mast cell activation could be related to stress. This gives you some support to apply the techniques we learn here, re TMS approach.

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/16110169/ (Mast cell activation by stress - PubMed)

Also, glancing at this interview below, it is very supportive of a TMS type approach.

Reducing your fear and reactions to symptoms might take you a long way. This is core in everyone's work here, no matter the symptoms.

Good luck in your work, check out the Structured Education Program at the Wiki, and keep us informed, ask questions.

OK! Yes, there are things which are not mind-body, agreed. I think the mind-body potential is huge, and I was looking to give your situation some support. But this is my bias.

I hope you hang in here and hopefully get a response from someone with direct experience, or a success story. Or more input that mast cell stuff has no mind-body approach, so that you'll be more sure one way or the other.
