Day 9 Mass Confusion

    So...alternating day schedule of returning to normal activity...the days I work out no pain during or after...however the next day has been characterized by a return of the pain??? Have to figure out that 'trigger' pattern and give it some more time I guess...overall still progress

    Yes, it is a pattern. Try to examine it as a pattern from the past that need not influence what happens in the future. That really helped me one day, when I was sure I was going to be in pain the next day. I caught myself in that belief, and said to myself: "This is simply a belief about the future. Nothing more." This came with a certainty, a realization. The next day, I was not in pain. Just one experience like this can be a huge breakthrough, so it is good to see this pattern, and practice with different stances...
