Mariel Hemmingway

Terrific post and article, Forest. She has done through a lot, much of it inherited from her genes.
Her story is very helpful and inspirational. She had a lot of TMS from her childhood on.
 
Did a little research on the Brain State Technologies treatment (brain wave optimization) that she states was helpful. It's a little controversial, but there is strong evidence that neurofeedback can be helpful. It seems there are other choices out there with better data to support outcomes and less expensive. It's an area that I'd like to learn more about.
