What TMS-related book, article, or news story have you found the most helpful in solidifying your belief in the diagnosis?

My introduction to TMS theory began with Dr. Sarno's book The Mindbody Prescription. This book was very inspiring and eye-opening for me. I think it planted a little seed of hope inside me. But it didn't give me a clear understanding of what to do next, so I slowly forgot about it.

Four months later, I came across a youtube video of a girl who had Dr. Howard Schubiner as a guest. She was sharing how she had recovered from over 20 similar to mine symptoms, while Dr. Schubiner provided scientific explanations and powerful insights.

That was the moment when something clicked for me. The next day, I woke up and decided that I wasn't sick anymore. I truly believed it. I believed every single word Dr. Schubiner said and was totally inspired by the girl's recovery story.

Day by day, I started feeling better and better, especially during the first 3–4 weeks. I still have setbacks and bad days, but I think the most important thing is not to lose faith in the fact that I'm actually healthy and that my symptoms are created by my mind/brain in an attempt to keep me safe.
