Are you having success at recognizing the emotions connected to your pain? If you have, how do these emotions make you feel?
I think with two emotions I got pretty well in tracking them down. Fear - it creates an immediate fatigue, anger - most of the times I get migraine after I get angry.
Also, I'm trying to track what causes my neck and upper back pain and I suspect that guilt and shame (desire to become invisible) create this pain - as though muscles tense up in order to make myself bend down to the ground and make me smaller. I'm not sure of this though..
If not, what do you think is preventing you from doing this?
1- my overall disconnection from my body
2 - habit to ignore the physical sensations and what's going on my emotional level when it's mild
3 - wrong interpretations
