This is very cool, Rik, except I hate that dualistic "It's all in your head" label. Avoids the sticky issue that brain activity extends throughout your whole body via the central nervous system. Lots of big epistemological questions therein too: where does brain end and consciousness begin? Are they the same thing? Or what? But John Hopkins isn't a bad venue to showcase the obvious connections between stress and the development of lower back pain and so on.
