For the past 10 days, the pain in my trapezius muscle has increased greatly and the pain now spreads to my collarbone area. The pain has gotten so bad, that I had to take the whole week off from work. I haven't been sleeping much because of the pain. My family told me I need to see a doctor, so I went to urgent care this morning. The doctor told me to have my primary doctor refer me to a neuro specialist because she thinks I may have complex regional pain syndrome. These past 10 days, I assumed that the increase of pain and the fact that it hurts in a different area was a hopeful sign that my TMS recovery was in full swing. Now, after seeing this doctor, I feel so lost. If it's CRPS, I may be in pain forever. One of the things that drew me to TMS was that I can make a full recovery. I feel devastated. Why did it seem like I had most of the TMS signs?
