I have headache and nausea everyday since August 2021. I also have chronic pain for years but never bothered me. I also developed some other symptoms this time around. It is really taking a toll on me physically and mentally. I am healthy otherwise and fit. I never knew TMS existed till this year.

I don't know what to do any more. I don't think I am depressed yet or never been depressed. It just hard to be happy anymore. I don't take any medication. I tried amitriptyline for four months but did not really helped.

Hello!
I'm on roaller coaster, but this is the reason why I understood that this program works. I had some days ago a strong release of anger: in a while I didn't t have any pain on my head/neck. Nothing. Well, today, after some discussion at work, my pain suddenly manifested, once again. I'm writing right now with headache and neckpain.

@palaab, we always want new members to be checked out medically before assuming that they are suffering solely from TMS. That being said, it can't hurt to start working on your emotional stress at the same time, especially if you are showing signs of possible depression. But we need to know more. What have you done besides joining the forum? What is it about the information here that got your attention? How do you feel that TMS might be an issue for you?
