Day 10 Lingering Doubts

It’s hard to say if there are doubts that I am still holding on to. I know there may be some. I’ve been in Egoscue Postural therapy for over 6 months in hopes that being in perfect alignment would help my symptoms. But they come and go as they please. I recently stopped because I feel that it may be reinforcing the idea that it is a structural issue as opposed TMS symptoms. But sometimes it pops in my head that what if I’m wrong and should still continue. Especially when it flares some.
I know to stay the course and trust the process but can be difficult because it has helped me some.

I would say it is reinforcing that idea yes. There are millions of people with awful posture who have no pain. My posture hasn't gotten any better (it may have gotten worse, if it were ever good to begin with), and I have no back pain whatsoever anymore.

What about sleep? I have my special pillow and sleep now certain way always afraid that side sleeping causes bad posture and throws my hips out of wack. I’m guessing this sounds like I am holding onto a structural issue in this regard as well. Never once thought about it before having symptoms.
