    What’s wrong with this picture?

So I am retired and can pull dollars from my retirement funds at will, Great? Not so much, I have a new annoyance/ stress points to contend with; returning faulty purchases. So far this year I have had to return 6 items as follows:

65 inch TV to Costco, the Netflix button didn’t work.

Electric Skillet returned to QVC with broken foot.

LED Candle Lamp shipped from QVC with broken Glass.

Porter cable Sawsall from Lowes, blade kept coming loose.

Toaster Oven from kohls arrived with huge dent on the side.

Amazon Sharkk speakers repeatedly lost Bluetooth connection

I class these events minor, but still consider them “Life’s little stressors”. This accumulation does have to be recognized with the words WTF. I feel better, now back to wife caring and her stroke.

Just wondering Andy if you might have offended your delivery guy one day.... :)

Our reaction to such triggering events often tells us if we are TMS'ing. Some days I can genuinely smile about such things and other days I rage. Now that I know kinda how TMS works, sooner or later I have a revelation that I am focusing on the wrong issue.

Imho you don't miss anything when the Netflix button is broken...

    Hi Gigalos,

it gets more humorous when I said to my wife we have only bought six items his year - and they have all gone back! This doesn't include her QVC shoes that go back 50% of the time. QVC doesn't mind :). Did you know many companies are monitoring returns and give you a return point score?:(

Here is an article on it:
https://www.usatoday.com/story/money/business/2013/08/12/retailers-tracking-customers-returns/2642607/ (Retailers tracking what customers return)

Here is the company some of them use:
