Life and Healing

I've hated someone for a long time, at least 20 years,
a guy who betrayed my friendship and generosity.

TMS knowledge has helped me to forgive him
(not in person but in my mind and heart.)
I doubt he would understand or appreciate it if
I called him or saw him about it.

Instead of hating him, I pray for him.
He's caused a lot of people a lot of grief
including his wife with three little kids
who divorced him.

Even if he may not know it, he's what
Steve calls "a perfect storm" for TMS.

I feel much better about no longer hating him.

I'm glad all off this is behind you Walt, that is a long time not to know what to do with that unforgivness.
For real I didn't know what to do. I was confused -- until I put it all together in my mind ya know.
