Let's start meditating together!

I pasted a YouTube URL in the following site and it made an MP3. Nothing to download or install and completely free. Unfortunately, when I tried it with a longer video, it let me know that it doesn't work with videos longer than 20 minutes. Still, good to know about the resource:
http://www.youtube-mp3.org/
Other options here:

VideoDownloadHelper works wonderfully on FireFox, to download YouTube videos, but you may have to pay more for built-in mp3 conversion. I've found Audacity with the LAME and ffmpeg plugins to be great for extracting audio from videos and turning it into MP3. (There is a somewhat weird process for installing the two plugins, but I've done it many times and it has worked well.) The downside is that it's a full fledged audio manipulation program, so not for the faint of heart. Just choose "Import" and "Export" from the File menu. Solid software.
