Each week, I open my holy studio to remarkable people from around the world: doctors, therapists, authors, coaches, and courageous individuals who have walked through pain and found their way back to recovery.
These conversations are here to show you that healing is possible, and that you too can find your way back

A few months ago, I had the honor of being interviewed by Jonah Primo for his podcast, The Overexamined Life.
During that conversation, I learned about Jonah’s own healing story, and I immediately knew I wanted to introduce him to this community.
Jonah had been healthy and active when he developed debilitating vestibular migraines, vertigo, chronic headaches, anxiety, and chronic pain. At one point, his symptoms became so severe that he was largely housebound and even found himself crawling home after trying to walk around the block.
After months of medical appointments, medications, fear, and searching for answers, Jonah discovered a different way of relating to his symptoms.
Today, Jonah has made a total recovery.
