Left Foot Sole Skin Peeling and Toes burning

Hello all

I have been going through below issues for couple of years.
  • Burning and Tingling in my both feet but most of the time it's in left feet. My toes burning a lot in my left foo and I also see sole skin peeling here and there. Toes feel like so hot. I dont feel same intensity in my right. I rarely feel pain in the right foot. I went to a skin specialist and he gave me some antibiotics but that didn't help at all.
  • I also have some other issues like Dizziness, burning and tingling in left hand and fingers.
Do you think the issues in the first point come due to stress?
