knee stiffness/fluid in the knee

hey guys i was wondering if anybody here has had a swollen knee that they woke up with out of nowhere one day and cant bend or straighten their knee? i was told i have a bit of fluid inside. it makes me wonder if its just a tms attack because i didnt do anything to injure it or irritate it. no trauma no sports injury. nothing. im suspicious because it is the site of an old injury where i had a meniscus repair done. just want to see if anyone else has experienced anything like this
