Just thinking "it's TMS" relaxes body

    Just thinking, "oh, that's just TMS", makes my body relax. This is one of the most convincing things about this program for me. Realizing my mindbody is that tense and wound up that a thought can relax a lot of tension I'm unconsciously holding.

    Yes! This is one of the main methods used by Dr. Sarno. Reassure the patient that the symptoms are harmless TMS. Glad you're getting this.

    Just thinking it's TMS has worked for me so far! I can't wait to receive Dr. Sarno's book and DVD in the mail later today to further my healing process! Best wishes to any one reading!
