So one of the places my pain has been consistent has been in my jaw. 99% of the time its not a sharp pain, but an ache that I feel like I have to tense my jaw to release the tension (kind of like stretching or cracking knuckles). hard to describe the motion, kind of like pushing out the bottom part of the jaw. The other day I heard it pop almost like it went out of place. There was no extra pain but it kind of freaked me out. Should I not be doing this motion with my jaw to release tension? Could I be harming it?
