Is this a cold or Tms?

Hi, I’ve posted my success story on this forum and I’m doing much better however there are still times when I get anxious. Everyone around me is sick at school. I also went to my girlfriends house and her sister had a cold. My throat hurts so bad and it’s red, but it switches from side to side often and I don’t really know if it’s a cold or tms and my brain just making me sick because everyone else is and I was hypervigalent about it all weekend. I used to get sick, rest up, and then move on but now I have to over analyze everything and I truely hate it.
