is PCOS/PMOS TMS?

I hope everyone reading this is feeling at peace 🙏🏽

I was diagnosed with PCOS/PMOS in 2022. For those that don't know, it is a polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome and is closely linked to hormonal imbalance, insulin resistance, chronic inflammation & metabolism issues. There are varying symptoms from person to person with mine centering around many years of irregular menstrual cycles, hormonal acne, polycystic ovaries, fatigue, insulin resistance, etc. Some of the other symptoms that I had put down to PMOS, (insomnia, anxiety, depression, fatigue, etc) I'm now working on using a TMS approach as they all significantly worsened when my bodily pain and migraines began.

For context, I developed a long list of TMS symptoms much later on after 2022 (last year) and I've been making amazing progress on those so far. However, knowing what i now know about the mind-body connection, is it possible that PCOS/PMOS is another manifestation of tms, especially since doctors haven't been able to pinpoint a cause? has there been anyone who's successfully regulated their endocrine system using a TMS/mbs approach? or if anyone can point me in the direction of someone/an organization that may know more, I'd be grateful.

Also, I'm well aware that having a mbs/tms-aligned perspective about PCOS is helpful, but I want to know if there's any causation link.

Hello @yaadiexo
Sometimes it's difficult to find someone who's symptoms match yours and have healed here. People often move on from this forum.
You can do searches by using the box at the top right of your screen, and I did one for PCOS. Most of the entries are quiet old, but might be of help.

If you aren't sure about a medical condition like yours being a TMS diagnoses, you can always contact a TMS doctor who may have far greater insight into more specific diagnoses.
