Hi all! I've read through the TMS Recovery Program and was wondering if there's just a short list somwehere of actions to take, something I can carry around in my wallet, of what to actually do when my symptoms flare up and I get pain? This would help me get a handle on it in a practical sense. I understand the theory, I just need to know specifically what I can do, a new set of instructions I can follow until it's all imprinted into new habits. Thanks!
