"Inner child" and "inner bully" are concepts often related to the TMS pain. Please explain a little bit more such ideas. Thanks!
 
I would never use the phrase inner bully, not a good way of seeing it, imo. It is the inner child that needs. If there is a bully here in TMS it is the superego, or persona with its incessant demands on the Self.
