Increase in symptoms....

I’m looking for a little support....I woke up today and my symptoms have increased two fold and are coming all at once...I have been on my tms journey for about 2 weeks now and I just stared working out again yesterday....only running a mile each day and pushups...please tell this is just part of the process.....

 

It is a very well known phenomenon called extinction bursts by Dr. Sarno. Don't get spooked, keep doing what you are doing. It will go away.

 

I am confused on the wide range of symptoms as well as the increase....I assumed it would either move to a different location and leave the initial or just flare up in the initial spot...

 

It can be anything: increase of the same symptom in the same location, new location, totally new symptoms. Your brain may give an erratic response to your attempt to change the patterns.
