Thich Nhat Hanh: "tick n'yawt hawn"

Hanh taught me about anger, mindfulness, peace and love. In honor of him and his lifework I post this "peace" on mindfulness, and how his light is continuing to shine. You did good Thay Hanh, you made a difference.

I'm currently reading his book Fear. I cannot even express how powerful this book is, and how relevant it is to TMS recovery, since fear is at the heart of TMS. It is a very clear, practical, and compassionate guide in how to use mindfulness to address fear.

    Thank you, Brother Thay....
