"My brain won't change"
There ya go. That's a form of victimhood.
@Ellen is absolutely right - you break these sort of thought habits by continuing to do the work you learned from the program you took. I think it's a big misconception of TMS-ers to think that a program will lead to a "fix". The program merely teaches you the skills to change the habits and patterns that created symptoms. It's up to you to pick and choose from the skills you learned and to put them into daily practice over your lifetime.
For myself, this has lead to essentially peeling back layer upon layer. I can use an approach over a long period of time and find that one day, something about it simply shifts. At times this leads to more symptoms - you've peeled back with the mind has been trying to protect you from.
Part of this work is brain, part of it is mind (or soul or whatever you call it).
Part if it is simply the commitment to yourself to get well. That is completely different than striving, desperation, fear and anxiety. It's being there for you, even if you have symptoms, even if it's hard, even if it takes months or years. Even if you don't like it, it's boring etc. Just keep going.
