Hi, Paddipaws. Love your name. Dr. Sarno, Steve Ozanich, Dr. Brady and others suggest to ignore the pain and go about
your life as if you had no pain. Walking, moving around, driving the car, gardening, shopping, cleaning the house will not
harm your back or anything else. Staying active, moderate exercise are all good for your body and spirit.
No need to rest for a day or two because the pain won't go away that way.
I think you'd benefit from listening in this Tuesday, Nov. 12, to the TMSWiki telephone call-in about chapter 14 of
Steve's book, The Great Pain Deception, about "What You Need to Understand to Heal." Here's my summary of the chapter:
http://tmswiki.org/forum/threads/ca...-14-what-you-need-to-understand-to-heal.3018/
If you can't join the call-in Tuesday night, Becca posts a video about it a day or two later.
Good luck and keep active.
