If the pain moves from left rectal to left testicular does it mean shifting of pain? I can understand if the pain moves from the neck to the pelvic but in my case it shifts every few days from rectal to the testicular to the lower abdomen? Thanks for any input

It is my opinion that there is no minimum distance when it comes to shifting pain.

I'd definitely say the pain is shifting in your case. My pelvic pain made similar shifts as I first started reading about TMS.

I think if it moves anywhere you are seeing a pain shift, which might feel worse but movement is good in the TMS scheme of things.
