Tonight while meditating using my Headspace app during the 30 day "Pain Management" cycle I've been going through, a weird sensation occurred. I have really grown to love meditating and was deeply focusing on my breath and scanning my body, etc. and tears started rolling down my face. I wasn't really emotional at all. I was not sad, angry, hysterical, happy, etc, just in a relaxed position deep breathing and observing. Has anyone else had this type of experience? Any idea why this occurs?
