Day 1 I really want this to work

Hi All,

So I read 'Healing Back Pain' from cover to cover just a couple of days ago. I am somebody who would normally be very skeptical of this kind of thing but it all fits me like a glove.

I believe it I really do, but I personally cannot find an effectively coping mechanism for the pain. I know it is early days but I'm not sure that understanding and accepting that TMS is the cause is enough. I really want to find the source of my repressed emotions and how to deal with them.

That said it is Day 1, I'm glad I'm here and I am hopeful about the future.

There is great value in role playing in private. Remember the scenes from your past of great anguish. Let the person who hurt you most know every last feeling from your heart. Hold nothing back.

Wrighty23 there is plenty to do that is lots more than just accepting your tms is tms. Learn to feel your feelings, Get the emotion of happiness back, become one with nature again and get back all your relationships that make you joyful. See, thats more.... So where are you at with these extras?
Let me know, we can go from Here.
Also Stella has some great advice so you can know what it is this pain is trying to cover up.
Bless You
