Hi All, So I read 'Healing Back Pain' from cover to cover just a couple of days ago. I am somebody who would normally be very skeptical of this kind of thing but it all fits me like a glove. I believe it I really do, but I personally cannot find an effectively coping mechanism for the pain. I know it is early days but I'm not sure that understanding and accepting that TMS is the cause is enough. I really want to find the source of my repressed emotions and how to deal with them. That said it is Day 1, I'm glad I'm here and I am hopeful about the future.
