Tax: Read the TMS books again. This new perspective needs to sink in and this doesn't usually happen overnight.

Many of us who were in agony are now pain-free; this program works and we believe in it.

You can be free of pain too. [/quote I WILL KEEP READING I KNOW IT DOES NOT HAPPEN RIGHT AWAY BUT IT CAN BE FUSTRATING THANK YOU FOR THE ADVICE AND THE TIME

started reading unlear your pain again i wish i can go to some body to show me what MBS OR TMS TO TEACH ME or try to make the connection to read the book over and over it is really hard at times i am a very nervous person which does not help maybe some day it will click
have you looked into seeing a TMS doctor? I just went to one in NJ (Dr. Gwozdz)...he we wonderful and has patients come to him from all over the country. They fly/drive in...make an Monday afternoon appt with him the stay for his TMS lecture/discussion. He is a TMSer himself and is very supportive. He says he has patients come from all over b/c the cost of a flight to see him is cheaper than a life of pain. He has a high success rate.
