have you looked into seeing a TMS doctor? I just went to one in NJ (Dr. Gwozdz)...he we wonderful and has patients come to him from all over the country. They fly/drive in...make an Monday afternoon appt with him the stay for his TMS lecture/discussion. He is a TMSer himself and is very supportive. He says he has patients come from all over b/c the cost of a flight to see him is cheaper than a life of pain. He has a high success rate.
